Whanau Taro Rewana Kore

Ngā mihi nui ki a koutou. You may well have noticed a change in the presentation of Ringawera Lavash in the past few months. After a lot of experimentation and discussion Team Ringawera made the call to switch from the old coffee bags to a lightweight card packaging option. So what does this mean? Firstly, the card packets are much more stable on the shelf. Where our stockists had been struggling to keep our slightly unwieldy coffee bags from toppling over, now the new flat bottomed card packs stay obediently in place, making display a little easier.

Te Whenua Wiwi

Bonjour, bonjour, je suis desolet,je parler un petit peu Francais. This is the phrase with which we began most conversations in France, and it worked, (thanks Martin). We have just returned from a couple of weeks in France, a bit of mahi, a bit of whakatā, a bit of whanau time with the tamatane who has been working on a vineyard in the south. It was a really special time, great to see our boy out there in te ao kikokiko, making his way. I am so proud of him.

We have been getting creative

Kia ora e te whanau whanui. The team at Ringawera have been spending a bit of time working on some recipes using our fantastic Lavash. The picture above is a brilliant creation by Selina, (she was also the kaiwhakaahua), Seared Scallops on Sesame Lavash, don't they look delicious, and yes they were. We set out to show that Ringawera Lavash is more than just an accompaniment to a meal, it is an essential ingredient in fact. So if you would like to find out more follow us on Facebook, we will be adding new recipes and pics over the next few weeks. Ngā mihi mahana Paddy
